Everything is negotiable

Did you know that you can even negotiate the intrest
on a loan?
As I wrote already, we're searching for a house, of course
i wouldn't be me if I wasn't already into mortgages and
personal loans, while the one bank calculates an
interest of 3.4% the other bank says it's 5.3%
how weird can things get??? Also, the maximum
mortgage is negotiable, one bank says we can get
a mamximun of 250.000 EUROS, the other bank says
we can get 312.000 EUROS, it's all too weird.
Even the monthly payments are so different.
I have to get deeper into this, I'm a rookie, LOL
After the next week, I'll know where to
get the best mortgage, with the least interest and
monthly payments.

3 houses are going on sale next week right here
in our town, nice houses, big, and the best thing
CHEAP!!! The only bad thing about it is there will
be some kind of lottery.... weird, strange, lunatic world!
